Whitney Laboratory for Marine Science
The 8th ICW will be held at the University of Florida’s Whitney Laboratory for Marine Science. Tutorials will also be held at Whitney Lab prior to the workshop from June 2nd to 5th.

Traveling to Whitney Lab:
The Whitney Lab is located south of St. Augustine, FL and is accessible by air through Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) or Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB). Both airports are approximately 50 minutes away by car from St. Augustine.
Rental car is the easiest option but shuttles are available from both airports. Attendees also frequently carpool and we will facilitate ride sharing if needed.
Key Largo Marine Research Laboratory
The Key Largo Marine Research Laboratory will be open for visitors after the 2025 workshop, from June 9th to 12th. We will provide more information in the next few weeks, but if you are interested, please let us know through our Contact Us page.
Traveling to KLMRL:
Key Largo is accessible by air through Miami International Airport (MIA) and Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Rental car is the easiest option but shuttles are available from both airports (see below). Attendees have coordinated rides in the past as well and we will facilitate ride sharing as well.
