About the artist:
Rick Jones, based in New York, has been a science illustrator for Science, National Geographic, and Scientific American, and NRDC among others. He also appreciates graphic work, and papercutting has been a favorite form for many years. The Cassiopea papercuts are a tradition he looks forward to every year.
